We will confirm your booking by email, please check your INBOX and JUNK BOX and inform us if you have not received your confirmation within 24hrs!
We are a small, bespoke luxury boarding kennels and all our rooms book up well in advance so availability is very limited. We provide excellent care for your dog and have a high staff to dog ratio, meaning your dog has lots of exercise and one to one care and attention.

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of your booking and full payment is now required 28 days prior to arrival. Refunds cannot be given for bookings cancelled after this time.
No-show: If you fail to check-in at the kennels by the agreed date without prior notification and confirmation from ourselves, you will be classed as a ‘no-show’ and you shall be deemed to have cancelled the booking.
Payment is by Cash or Debit Card or Direct Bank Payment
We do not give refunds for shortened stays or early returns; you will be charged for the full duration of your original booking.
Cancellations after arrival are not refundable under any circumstances.
Other cancellation fees will be at the company’s discretion.
While we will do our best, We reserve the right to increase our daily rate proportionally without notice due to cost increases beyond our control.
We are open all year round including over Christmas and New Year
We do not share any of your data, we only use the details provided in connection with your pet’s booking and our services to you.
